During a short rest up to six people can take a drink of the Sparking Rum. Regardless of how many people drink it, the cap cannot be replaced until all the electric rum is released. Anyone who drinks the rum gains the following power.

You may spend a healing surge and instead you gain 5 temporary hit points and one ally within 5 squares of you that also is under the effect of Sparking Rum gains 5 temporary hit points. An ally within 5 squares of that ally that is under the effect of Sparking Rum gains 5 temporary hit points.

Recharge: When you are hit by an attack with the electric keyword you may spend a survival day to refill the bottle of Hedge Kin Sparking Rum. Alternately an Arcane DC 30 skill check during an extended rest and access to water will also refill the bottle.
